Quantity

  • Return Policy

    To ensure quality and availability for all our clients, we kindly ask that all equipment is returned on time, in the condition it was delivered. Our policy is as follows:

    • Standard Return Window: Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon time stated in your rental agreement. Late returns may incur a daily late fee of 10% of the rental total.

    • Damage & Replacement: Customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. A full inspection will be conducted upon return. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges based on replacement value or repair cost.

    • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup/delivery will receive a full refund (minus deposit). Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

    • Early Returns: No partial refunds are given for early returns.


    Care Instructions

    To help us preserve the quality and longevity of our gear, we ask that you follow these basic care guidelines:

    • Indoor Use Only (unless stated otherwise): Keep all equipment away from rain, moisture, and extreme heat. Outdoor use requires prior approval and may require weatherproofing.

    • Handle With Care: All cables should be coiled properly after use, and items should be packed in their original containers or cases.

    • No Unauthorized Modifications: Please do not tape, paint, label, or alter any rented equipment.

    • Keep Away from Food & Drinks: Spills and crumbs can cause severe damage to electronics.

    • Secure Overnight: If your rental spans multiple days, equipment must be securely stored in a locked, indoor location when not in use.
