We’ve made it easy to get the support you need—whether you’re planning a celebration, honoring a loved one, or launching something new. Here’s how it works:
1) Start with a Consultation
Book a consultation to tell us about your needs, timeline, and budget. We’ll walk you through your options, answer your questions, and recommend the best package or custom solution.
4) Review & Finalize
We’ll send proofs, drafts, or updates throughout the process so you can give feedback and approve the final version. Nothing goes to print or launch without your sign-off.
2) Choose a Package or Build Your Own
Select one of our thoughtfully curated packages—or we’ll help you build a custom service plan that fits your event or project. You’ll get clear pricing and next steps before anything begins.
5) Delivery + Day Of Support
Once everything is finalized, we’ll handle printing, setup, or delivery as needed. For events, we offer on-site coordination and tech support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
3) Approve & Begin
Once we confirm the details, we’ll send a service agreement and deposit request. After that, our team gets to work—designing, planning, or coordinating on your behalf.
6) Flexible Financing Available
We offer flexible payment options, including Buy Now, Pay Later plans for qualified customers. This allows you to book the services you need without the stress of upfront costs. Details are available on our Financing page.
2. Can you incorporate spiritual or cultural elements into the design or event?
Yes. We honor your vision by including scriptures, HBCU colors, Divine 9 elements, African-American/Diaspora traditions, and meaningful family elements in our designs and event planning.
3. Do you work with churches, funeral homes, or community groups?
Absolutely. We offer custom packages and trusted support for churches, funeral homes, ministries, and nonprofits. We’re proud to serve with care and cultural awareness.
4. What if I don’t have everything ready—can you still help?
Yes. Whether you're waiting on photos, writing an obituary, or finalizing event details, we can guide you through the process and help you stay on track, even on short notice.
5. Can I use Facebook or old photo album pictures for the program or slideshow?
Definitely. We’ll work with the photos you have—digital or scanned—and enhance them as needed to ensure they look respectful and high quality in print or on screen.
6. Do you offer same-week turnaround for funerals or urgent events?
Yes. Our memorial services are built for fast turnaround, often within 72 hours. We’ll work with your timeline to deliver what you need, when you need it most.
7. Do you accept payment plans or offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible payment options including Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and extended 15 and 30 day terms for most customers. Visit our Financing page to learn more.
8. Can I order just one thing—like a flyer, program, logo or banner?
Of course. You can book individual services or choose a full package depending on your needs and budget. We’re here to make things easier either way.
9. Will you coordinate with my church, caterer, or funeral home?
Yes. We regularly work alongside pastors, event coordinators, and funeral directors to make sure everything runs smoothly and respectfully.
10. Do you offer services for repasts, family reunions, or church events?
Yes. We design and support events of all kinds, including reunions, ministry anniversaries, and community gatherings—offering both print and event services.
