1. Return Policy

Return Timeframe – All rental items must be returned by the agreed date and time stated in your rental agreement. Late returns may incur a daily fee of 10% of the rental total.

Condition Requirements – Items must be returned in the same condition as received. All equipment should be clean, dry, and free from food, liquids, debris, or residue.

Loss & Damage – The renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Replacement costs are based on current market retail value.

Packaging & Racks – Items must be returned in their original cases, bins, racks, or packaging to avoid additional fees. Glassware must be returned in provided racks.

Cancellations – Orders canceled 48+ hours before pickup/delivery are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit). Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Early Returns – No refunds will be issued for unused items or early returns.
2. Care Instructions
General Equipment Care

Keep all rental items indoors unless they are specifically rated for outdoor use.

Protect all items from rain, moisture, extreme heat, and direct sunlight.

Do not tape, staple, nail, or alter any rented equipment.

Keep all items away from open flames, smoke machines (unless rated for such use), and excessive dust.
Audio & Visual Equipment

Handle all equipment with care; avoid dropping or stacking heavy items on top of AV gear.

Coil cables properly and return them untangled.
-
Turn off and unplug powered equipment after use.
-
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Beverage Service & Bars

Empty all liquids from glassware, dispensers, and ice bins before return.

Rinse beverage dispensers and coffee urns with warm water; dry before packing.

Wipe down bar surfaces, garnish trays, and tools to remove any residue.

Glassware must be emptied, rinsed, and returned in provided racks.
Furniture & Décor

Wipe down tables, chairs, and display units after use.
-
Avoid standing on, dragging, or overloading furniture.

Store décor items in protective coverings when not in use.
3. Additional Notes

Setup/Takedown Service – If you have purchased setup/takedown service, our team will handle all packing, breakdown, and cleaning.

On-Site Staffing – For events requiring technical assistance or bar service, on-site staff can be arranged for an additional hourly fee.

Responsibility Window – Items are your responsibility from the time of delivery/pickup until the time they are returned to our possession.
